Freshly picked this morning! The hail messed up lots of the greens but got my first diakon ready! This is a smaller variety but packs a nice punch! Amazing for ramen or fried in chilli oil!! (Mrs Mae's ways to eat them)

Good afternoon! ☀️ Here is the vendor list for tomorrow's market!
We will have 6 amazing vendors joining us from 9 AM - 1 PM!

It looks like it's going to be a nice, warm day to come shop and stock up on all your favorite goodies at the market!

We accept SNAP, so bring your card and we can run it for you at the market and give you vouchers to spend! We also match 1:1 (up to $30 a market) in Double Up Food Bucks that can be used on fresh produce and garden starting plants!

Our May calendar is going to have some major changes, and I can not confirm yet some things so it might still change further. I am working on it right now. This is the current schedule we hope:

This Weds & Sat we will be at Victoria Farmers' Market. The night Market we were going to do had dates changed (honestly I am grateful for that)

Friday we take possession and start setting up the shop but do not plan to be open until May 6th

We hope to be at Hallettsville Farmers Market the 3rd but we also partner with Victoria TX Food Not Bombs and due to some unexpected things we might have to help the 3rd as well. (originally someone else was going to handle that, but they had an emergency)

If we can sort out Food Not Bombs I will in Hallettsville or if we can sort out other things Mr Monk will be there

Mr Monk's Birthday is May 5 th!! We are going to try to do as little as possible.

May 6th we hope to be at both Farmer's Market and open the shop to the Public!!

We are SO excited for this weekend’s market and can’t wait to see everyone! As we head into May, it’s the perfect time to keep resolving to shop small and show our local farmers and artisans how much their hard work means to our community. 🚜✨
