Who doesn’t love pretty, delicious, nutritious food? Try this recipe and see that healthy doesn’t have to sacrifice taste or difficult to make.

This isn’t your average pasta salad, we’ve given it a nutritious twist with chickpea orzo for a protein boost and a zesty lemon pepper vinaigrette that brings the flavor to life!

Dinner Tonight- Emergency Preparedness was a hit last night! We had a lot of fun learning how to disaster prepared and how to eat pantry stable foods and still eat well. We enjoyed the 50 wonderful friends that shared the evening with us.
