What You’ll Do
• Prospect for and secure new commercial cleaning accounts.
• Manage your accounts: hire, schedule, and pay employees from your share.
• Ensure clients receive professional, consistent, high-quality service.

What We Provide
• Insurance, branding, and website support under Carpe Diem CSM.
• Contracts, proposals, and business management support.
• Starter supplies (cart, bucket, broom, vacuum, staff T-shirts).
• All cleaning chemicals, plus optional paper/soap products depending on account needs.

• Keep 70–75% of account revenue (depending on supply setup).

I’ve gotten a little behind on posting the new restaurants we have tried. We were working in Amsterdam New York again and tried Dave’s Hot Chicken. We make an effort to eat local and not at chain restaurants. We had never heard of it and didn’t realize it’s actually a chain. But the place is very cool and the food was great. It’s still worth posting about. Part of the artwork says it was started with $900 in a deep fryer. I appreciate that.

When you travel all over for work you try a lot of new restaurants. One of our accounts is a major chain store. We make it a point to eat somewhere local everywhere we go. No chain restaurants. We’ve decided to start sharing some of our favorite spots on our business page. Today we were a bit closer to home. 😎😎😎
This is Wing Star in Amsterdam NY. I cannot believe there isn’t a line out the door. I believe these may have been the best wings I’ve ever had. The Boba tea was also really good. We highly recommend. 🤤❤️🤤
