It's the last pre-season Chicago Bears game and we know one of their biggest fans, Charlie, will be watching from his new college dorm.

Charlie has proudly represented Easterseals as an ambassador in multiple settings and never misses a chance to talk sports — especially about his favorite team! He now graduates services and begins his studies in Recreation, Sports, and Tourism, at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

His career goals include working for a park district, special recreation association, adapted athletics program, or his dream role as an analyst or scout for the Chicago Bears. With the support of his family and his incredible Easterseals therapy team Physical Therapist, Mindy, and Occupational Therapist, Amy, Charlie has the skills and knowledge to do any of the above and more!

We look forward to Charlie's bright future ahead and BEAR DOWN! 🧡 🐻

Our Fun with Foods group provides engaging opportunities for children to explore new tastes and textures! Our Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists plan play and sensory-based feeding approaches to a variety of foods of color, shape, texture, smell, taste, and consistency with others. This summer group enjoyed so many new foods!
