💙 A Heartfelt Message to Our Valued Clients 💙

To our dear Vital Health & Wellness family,

First and foremost, I want to offer my sincerest apology to each and every one of you who may have been affected during the transition that occurred basically as Vital was crumbling. It has been a challenging and emotional time. I truly appreciate your patience, support, and loyalty while also understanding your need to seek care elsewhere to make sure your routines were not affected much.

Due to a serious financial disagreement with Ms. Jessica Reeves-Addsit — where I discovered discrepancies in financial records and was not receiving my rightful 50% share per our partnership agreement — I made the difficult decision to step away and file a police report. This has since become a civil matter.

At one point, I considered temporarily pausing prescriptions while the issue was sorted. But after careful thought, I knew I couldn’t let our community go without the care and services they rely on. You all mean too much to me, and I decided to pursue the matter privately to avoid disrupting your access to care.

That said, if you were charged and did not receive your prescription, please reach out to me directly. I’m currently compiling messages and emails to help customers who are seeking reimbursement and resolution.

• Monday–Wednesday: 9 AM – 5 PM
• Thursday–Friday: 10 AM – 7 PM
• Saturday: 10 AM – 2 PM

As everyone knows due to shady business practices of my ex business partner Jessica Reeves/ Addsit I had to step away from the business a while ago. All that information was included in a post I had put up a while ago. Well a customer contacted me last night because they were still being charged but have not received their prescription nor been able to make contact from the pic sent last night it looks like Vital is closed! If you have a prescription with Vital I would suggest calling the bank and stopping payment!!

So September 2022 after spend several month prior planning I had the Idea of opening Vital Health and wellness along with Jessica Reeves/addsit. I wanted to provide the community with a place that would be affordable and provide our customer with the knowledge to create healthy lifestyle changes. Well I have to say that I was guilty of trusting Mrs. Reeves with opening accounts in the name of the business since I was spending every waking hour doing the build out on the clinic and then running it at least 3 days a week of not more while still working another job. So due to the fact I could not get her in the bank to allow me to sign the admin paperwork on the bank account I was locked out of all the Financial, medical software and points of sale. Cameras were constantly being unplugged so it could not be monitored….So having no access to provide my customers with the assistance the needed I had no choice but to step away. After several attempts to reason with Mrs Reeves/addsit to no avail I believe everyone should know the truth of who the are dealing with. I have tried several different ways with no response up to even have her try and kick me out of the building whom I am the only signer of. I would usually not put my drama on line in any way, but other than litigation I can get no response from her and the business has been moved without my permission ect…
