Due to the impending storm, Symmetry Physical Therapy will open at 10:00 AM on Monday, January 26th.

Please travel safely and allow extra time if you’re heading out.

☃️ Back-saving tips while shoveling snow:
• Warm up first with a few minutes of walking or light stretching

• Bend at your hips and knees, not your low back

• Keep the shovel close to your body and avoid twisting

• Take smaller scoops instead of heavy loads

• When possible, push the snow instead of lifting it

Your safety comes first. If conditions worsen, we’ll keep you updated.
