Why Me What Now

Why Me What Now Larry Lukens, age 56, suffered from a stroke beginning Memorial Day weekend of 2010.

As the stroke stuttered for 2 weeks, everyday he woke up with less movement. One day it took his energy, days later his arm, and weeks later he was completely immobilized on his left side. After lying in an uncomfortable hospital bed, without weeks of movement, he began to ask, “why me and what now.” Through prayers and faith his family stayed strong and he is now more determined than ever. They c

onsider it a blessing, and an opportunity to help others who are struggling, become aware of “why”, and help them through the thoughts of “what now”. While a father and daughter work together, they hope some positive things come out of "Why Me What Now".
