Wednesday we will have 2 lives! 11am EST and 9PM EST

First hypnotherapy session will be on finding your inner peace.

9pm session will be a bedtime session to help you sleep 😴

I will continue my Wednesday hypnotherapy sessions in the mornings at 11am EST every week. I have had clients asking me to do an evening session as well.

Would Wednesdays evenings work? Say 9pm EST? A nice session to unwind for the day and get a good night's sleep is what I had in mind.

I'm Sasha. I'm a single mom to a 9 year old boy, Wyatt. We have 2 kitty cats, and 2 crazy dogs that we dearly love. ❤️

We homeschool, do all things sourdough, and just genuinely love life. 🤩

I recently obtained my hypnotherapy certification, and I am working on furthering my education for life coaching and hypnotherapy in college, currently.

I left an abusive marriage almost 6 years ago with a three year old and the few belongings we had.

Since then I got an amazing job in the corporate world. Bought a house. Left my corporate job. And started my own healing business, guiding others.
