No, not in a sarcastic way or as a rhetorical question, but as something you should ask yourself when deciding your motivation for leading a healthy life style. So, What do you want? To be healthy? Be fit, lose weight? Be able to play with your kids without feeling out of breath? Or climb a flight of stairs without stopping? Whatever your reason or reasons, its important to keep them in mind as motivation whenever you are making a food or activity choice. You know that in order to achieve your goal, you need to take steps in the right direction, that direction being whatever brings you closer to your goal. So if your goal is to lose weight and get healthy, skipping workouts and eating junk food will not get you there. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. We constantly tell ourselves that we want to change, and in our minds we commit to changing but then we make the same choices as before...See where I am going with this? Your choices have to change. Yes it might be uncomfortable at first, yes you might feel tired and achy and yes you may have to drastically change the way you eat but guess what? Make these changes and be consistent and in no time, you will see results. Will you be ripped and have the perfect body after a week? a month? two months? No probably not, but you will begin to look and feel better. With all the fast food, convenience food and processed food options available to us everyday, its no wonder people have forgotten what real nutrition and real food actually is. I can help you learn or get reaquainted with healthy food options.
