Beginning June 1, 2025 my offerings, rates, and availability are changing. This shift reflects the deepening of my commitment to expanded knowledge, level of attunement and presence, and the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic resourcing I use in holding sacred space for each person I’m fortunate to meet.

I want you to know that this decision was made with both of us in mind. It’s rooted in a desire to remain in integrity with my energetic health while continuing to show up fully present and resourced in order to dive deeper on these journeys we take together.

With this change, I’m offering you a gift between now and June 22. If you book and receive a session between June 1 and June 22, you will receive $50 off of the new session fee for each offering.

I’m happy to announce that registration is open for our next free bodywork clinic!

Go to cstwithliz.janeapp.com and find March 29th. This clinic is for pre-crawling infants. There are two time sessions, and you can register your baby for one of them. If the clinic is full, please add your name to the waitlist. In registering, it’ll ask you to put a card on file. You won’t be charged- it’s just a requirement on my booking site.

These clinics are designed to be a space for families to gain access to resources, receive care, and feel peace in their postpartum experience. For us professionals, it’s a great time to collaborate and learn from each other and to see the power of bodywork and holding space.

I’m so grateful for how these clinics have developed because of the members of our community who have given their time and energy and love to help support families.

Intuitive connection helps me relay messages and ideas that might be helpful for you to contemplate or feel validated on your path. Card readings help facilitate these conversations as great visual tools. One of the questions I’m often asked is if this is a safe practice? Am I opening doors to places I shouldn’t be? You can rest assured that I take energetic hygiene seriously It’s important to me that I establish and maintain energetic space of the highest vibration. I work hard behind the scenes to build this connection safely to myself, my tools, and spirit.

If you book a CST session with me and would like a card reading, just ask- it’s included in your session. Yes, even for the babies. I also offer three card draws for $10 plus tax if you are virtual.

Intuitive connection is the life force of how I do my work. It’s how I connect with your physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies during our sessions. It’s how I receive guidance of how to best support tension release, realignment, regulation, and integration. This guidance comes through tuning into my senses, also known as the Clairs. During sessions, I combine techniques from Reiki, dowsing, mediumship, Craniosacral therapy, Craniosacral fascial therapy, and Myofascial release to help support you. I have found that combining intuition with technique provides you a safe space to unwind and connect with yourself.

The first free infant bodywork clinic is open for registration!

It will be hosted on January 26 at 3168 Magic Hollow Blvd. There are two time slots: 930-1030 and 1030-1130.

This clinic is for precrawling babies to receive one hour of bodywork (CST, massage) for free. These clinics are designed with community support in mind, too. We often have other feeding therapists, chiropractors, release providers, etc. present and ready to help support you as well.

On January 13 from 630-8 we will have 30 minutes of gentle movement and breath work led by .kneads to strengthen our mind body connection and open our energy to the vibrational healing sound bowls played by .namuli for one hour!
