Healthy holiday tips
1. Schedule
Create a schedule
Schedule your meal prep time
Schedule your workouts.
Make them non- negotiable.
Then write in your special events, all of your holiday events. Print out the free print able schedule in the link in bio.
2. Plan
Now we plan. Plan your week out around your events. Take time to set your intention for each event, which ones you are going to go to, which ones you want to drink or maybe have your favorite treat at, value your time and what’s important to you. If you have a party this week plan around it don’t go hungry and make mistake of over eating eat really healthy all week enjoy the party in moderation, stick to your workout plan and get right back on track the next day.
3. Stick to it
Once you create your schedule and you plan out your week, keep that calendar handy. Keep it front of mine. Keep it where you will see it every day, look at it multiple times a day. Stick to it. Tell the people in your life that your health and wellness is important to you and what you’re doing. Invite them to join you and if you do fall short, just take a moment regroup and get right back on track.
