Started out the day Hosting the The VA disability claims FAQ session for the community. The speaker Dewayne Kimble Sr. KMD89 VA Claims Consulting was amazing and the FAQ conversation was very educational. 
This was live with registrants from various states and overseas, and this was also in person Great people, Great questions, and Great answers.

Last night I attended the 2022 Black and Gold Scholarship Ball On behalf of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Alpha Phi Lambda Chapter. This was an honor of G.W.C. Brown Legacy Education Fund.

The G.W.C Brown Legacy Education Fund has been positively impacting our community since 2011. With our scholarship program, the Fund's commitment continues to aid those within the Greater Hampton Roads region to transform young men's DREAMS into REALITY.

Turnes Thank you for inviting and having this table for us to share. It was an Honor and Blessing to be there to contribute and support.

Wow! What an amazing room to be apart of and speak on the panel. I tell you in this epidemic our people are really struggling in relationships, careers, families dynamics, self-esteem issues, and violations. This safe space allow for the “Authentic” self to be released. One thing for sure.... Once you hit the floor(panel) it’s yours until you release it. Awesome support here and lots of inner release. It’s encourage to cry and let go no matter who your are where you are.

Very inspiring and I appreciate you inviting me on the Panel with a various other Doctors to discuss my gift and passion on Mental Health and advocating for my Long Haul Truck Drivers. Friday night music with DJ Smooth. Dr. Cindy I love your Tik Tocs.
