Dear Coastal Vitality Co Family,

As we close out 2025, I just wanted to let you know that our office will be closed from now through January 5th as we celebrate the holidays with our loved ones. I’ll be back and ready to see you on Monday, January 6th.

While I’m away, online booking remains available 24/7 and you can always text 757-280-6500 if you need anything. Responses will be limited during this time, but I’ll definitely be in touch as soon as I return.

Before we step into the new year, I just would like to say that this has been the hardest year of my life, and your unwavering support, trust, and kindness have meant more to me and my family than words can express. You’ve been there for us during our darkest days, and you’ve helped keep both my family and this practice afloat when we needed it most.

What we’re building together at Coastal Vitality Co is truly something special, it’s more than a practice, it’s a community built on genuine relationships and trust. I am deeply humbled and grateful that you’ve chosen to be part of this journey with me. Thank you for believing in me, for your patience and grace, and for showing up in ways both big and small. Wishing you and your families a peaceful, joyful new year celebration, and I can’t wait to take care of you in 2026!

Just wanted to share a quick update on Heidi for those who have been following her story. As many of you know, she lost her home and three dogs in a devastating fire over the weekend. While we’re incredibly grateful her family is safe, the reality of rebuilding is overwhelming—emotionally and financially.

The Walblays are displaced and finding a temporary place to call home. They are still facing a mountain of unexpected expenses, including having to continue to pay their mortgage on their burned down home, they could really use continued support. If you’re able to donate or even just share the GoFundMe, it would mean the world. Every little bit helps during this incredibly tough time.
Thank you to everyone who’s reached out, donated, or kept the family in your thoughts. Let’s keep showing up for heidi the way she’s always shown up for us.
