If you're feeling lost or overwhelmed, stop what you're doing and take a break. Go take a walk, jump in the ocean, do a workout, dance to wild music, get a massage, do some mindful movement, or plan a trip away to reset and recharge. We have to take care of ourselves, especially when we're feeling the weight of the world on our shoulders. For me, it's getting out in nature. What's yours? Go do it!! 💚
