I do believe in resolutions.

I eat, sleep, and breathe the power of being intentional • I’ll be the first to admit that in retrospect my actions don’t always truly match my intentions. I spent much of this past year talking about the value of intentional practices, yet like many of us, I found myself spiraling in my own thoughts. I left too much on the table. I let too many things live rent-free in my mind.

I’ve worked through both professional and personal trauma this year, and honestly, I sat with it longer than I planned to. I lived in it for a bit & felt paralyzed in transition while navigating how to move forward.

I still believe in the value of a yearly reset. I believe time matters, and I believe in giving ourselves permission to begin again. As I move into this next year, I want to be more intentional with my resolutions.

And if you’re heading into 2026 feeling unsure or struggling to find intention, I hope you give yourself grace. Close your eyes. Take a breath. Try, gently, to move past what’s been holding you back. Intentionally step into your new year with a resolution - even if it feels small at first.

I will write in a planner everyday

I will be myself
