We had the pleasure of visiting the Hermitage Museum and Gardens last week, and it was a truly enjoyable outing for everyone. Residents spent time exploring the beautiful grounds, admiring the art collection, and taking in the peaceful waterfront views.

It was a lovely day of culture, conversation, and discovery—an experience that offered both inspiration and relaxation in a stunning historic setting.

🎉👏 Join us in celebrating our May Team Member of the Month — Tim T., our incredible PM Chef! 👨‍🍳✨

Tim truly puts his heart into every dish he prepares, creating meals that our residents look forward to each day. Not only does he elevate the dining experience, but he also goes the extra mile to spoil our team with his delicious desserts (which never last long! 🍰😄).

Beyond the kitchen, Tim brings so much joy to our community with his quick wit and sense of humor — there’s never a dull moment when he’s around!

Our Kentucky Derby Watch Party was a wonderful evening filled with great company, delicious food, and exciting moments. Residents enjoyed classic Derby drinks and a fantastic spread prepared by the Taste of RUI team while watching the Kentucky Derby together.

🐍 Our residents in Inspiritás-Memory Care had the chance to get up close and personal with a variety of fascinating reptiles while learning fun facts about each one. From scaly skin to unique behaviors, this interactive visit was both educational and hands-on—yes, even opportunities to gently pet some of these amazing creatures! 🐢

🎪❤️ Thankful Thursday got a little extra fun! ❤️🎪

In celebration of World Circus Day, we turned staff appreciation into a full-on carnival experience! Our amazing team enjoyed hot dogs, fresh popcorn, cotton candy, lemonade, and of course… classic circus animal crackers 🍿🌭🍋

The day was all about bringing smiles, sharing laughs, and showing our gratitude for the incredible people who make our community so special every single day. Your hard work, compassion, and dedication never go unnoticed—and we are so thankful for each and every one of you!

Our March Team Member Meeting gave us the chance to celebrate some truly amazing people, and Lyndsey perfectly earned her superlative: “Caffeine Powered!” ⚡

If you know Lyndsey, you know her energy is contagious—she’s always smiling, always helping, and always going the extra mile for our residents and team. This fun photo shoot captured her spirit perfectly!
