The Basic Birth Doula - $700.00
• Initial interview to decide if we are a good fit and if I will be able to meet and exceed your support needs.
• 1 prenatal visit to review your pregnancy, go over your birth plan and go over any concerns you have.
• Access to my loaner library of birthing and breastfeeding books
• Use of birthing tools; birthing ball, massagers, music
• 24 hour on-call starting 3 weeks before your schedule due date until birth.
• Support throughout your entire labor and birth for you and your family.
• Immediate postpartum support (1-2 hrs) to help with breast feeding and any questions you may have
• Postpartum visit up to 8 weeks after delivery help with any concerns and answer any questions including breastfeeding.
• Typed birth story printed on stationary for you to save for your scrap book. The Complete Pregnancy and Birth Doula - $950

• Access to my loaner library of birthing and breastfeeding books
• Telephone and email support starting from date of hire until postpartum visit. All calls and emails to be responded to within 48 hours.
• Nutritional support, including writing basic meal plans. Emailed to you weekly.
• Personalized workout designed for you by an ACE certified personal trainer.
• Use of birthing tools; birthing ball, massagers, music
• 24 hour on-call starting 3 weeks before your schedule due date until birth.
• Support throughout your entire labor and birth for you and your family.
• Immediate postpartum support (1-2 hrs) to help with breast feeding and any questions you may have
• 2 Postpartum visits up to 12 weeks after delivery help with any concerns and answer any questions including breastfeeding.
• Typed birth story printed on stationary for you to save for your scrap book. Complete Lactation Support – $ 150 for the 4 weeks - $50/month thereafter
• From your first latch to your last
• Includes 1 face to face visit per week for the first 4 weeks. 1-2 (depending on what you need) a month there after.

• 1 postpartum meeting to discuss the support you need and answer initial questions
• Emotional support for Mom and the entire family as they adjust to their newest addition

• Light meal prepping
• Light house cleaning
• Errands such as grocery shopping and the post office
• Nursery organization
• Newborn care so that mom can take a break (shower, nap, work out ect)
