In my 10 years of therapy experience, I have had the pleasure of working in a variety of settings ranging from inpatient, outpatient and partial hospitalization programs with individuals across the age spectrum. Therapy work is my passion, I love this work and take an invested interest and interactive approach in my sessions. I primarily utilized and have specialized in cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy however believe that each individual is unique and diverse and cater to their needs with a multifaceted therapeutic approach.
