Realized I needed to do something different with Pie. Our saddled rides were few, but stressful for both him and I. So I took the stressor away until we are both more confident in our partnership. It worked! We both had our calmest ride today. Sometimes the journey is slow, but it just gives you time to appreciate the progress.

Got to ride both my sorrels yesterday. The old man was happy to be out but not so happy that he had to herd a baby around. Man I love my sorrels though.

Went for a little ba****ck ride with my lesson kid yesterday. We practiced balance, leg control, and played a few games. It was a fun time full of knowledge and laughter.
