how then do we approach Death?

My Notes from the bedside of the dying:

Each patient showed me the light. The ones that could talk, talked to me about it. What is happening? Am I dying? White lighting - something happens where I can sense they are opening up to the transition process. One said “what is happening?” I said “what do you think is happening?” She said "I think I know and I don't know". I said “you have an idea and you don't like it". “Yes” was her response. She knew she was dying. I reassured her she was in a safe place - an inpatient hospice unit. With reassurance we would do our best to keep her comfortable.

This is the hard part in the Dying process Where we let go of Everything, including people, places, things, unfilfilled dreams, our identity, the story we are living, the body - even the breath. Then we Transition.

I call it Transition. Science tells us it is an absolute “Energy does not die, it can only transform”. If we are Energy beings having a human existence, then… we cannot actually die. We essentially drop our bodies and our stories and transform - Transition.
