Congratulations to our OT, Zibby for being selected Employee of the Month 🎉
"Zibby provides compassionate and empathetic care to all of the children on her caseload as well as their families. She works closely and collaboratively with the nursing and respiratory departments to coordinate ADL care for some of our residents. She encourages those residents that can advocate for themselves to communicate their wishes and be an active part of their care. Zibby's kind and nurturing manner, along with her fun loving personality positively impacts everyone she interacts with, especially our residents and their families!"
