Allen, M.Ed., LPC, ACS, we offer culturally attuned support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationships, etc. DSA Counseling Works, LLC is a Black-owned mental health practice committed to serving diverse communities with compassion, expertise, and cultural sensitivity. Allen, M.Ed., LPC, ACS, our team of licensed professionals reflects a rich tapestry of backgrounds, identities, and specialties—including support for LGBTQIA individuals, families navigating adoption and trauma, and communities impacted by generational cycles of mental health challenges. Our counselors bring lived experience and professional insight to their work with children, adolescents, adults, and families. We proudly offer holistic, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care through modalities such as CBT, mindfulness, emotion-focused therapy, and narrative therapy. Our mission is to empower healing, resilience, and growth across all walks of life.
