Confession time: I’ve grown comfortable in my fitness routine, I work out each day but I choose easy vs hard most days, I know the calories I need to eat in order to maintain my current weight - I know the steps and the processes…yet I’m not achieving my goals and I’m actually failing…
I’m losing skeletal muscle and retaining fat. The scale doesn’t really show a fluctuation but the body composition does.

I have 9 weeks until I’m the BIG 50!! Although it’s just a number it’s also a BIG milestone for me!
It’s time to put my head down and do the work!! 💪💪 I’ll keep you posted!
