Join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents! We are seeking a dedicated LVN to provide exceptional care in a supportive and dynamic environment.

$7,500 sign-on bonus
Full-time 6p–6a shift

Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to deliver resident care in accordance with state, federal, and corporate guidelines
-Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and licensure standards
-Communicate significant changes in residents’ health to physicians and families
-Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, different units, or overtime as needed
-Perform other duties as requested by clinical leadership and administration
