🤯 Just found these Vegan Cheddar Style Savory Squares at Trader Joe's & they are dangerously snackable and... plant-based perfection!! 🌱

Possibly a horrible discovery right before the holidays 😂

Gourmet Burger Bistro in Port Jefferson has a phenomenal Vegan Mushroom Portobello Cap Burger that you need to try. It is so simple, flavored with balsamic, but so delicious 💚
Also, my nephew's favorite place 😊

Dole Whip a delicious pineapply treat 💚

✨🍍 Did you know the legendary Dole Whip has been cooling people off since the 80s? Originally dreamed up for Walt Disney World to offer in their tiki room exhibit as a heat-proof, dairy-free treat, this pineapple soft-serve became a cult classic at Disney parks and the best part? It’s totally vegan 🌱🙌

Fast forward to today, and you don’t need a park ticket (or a trip to Hawaii 🌺) to enjoy it… because I just got mine at Costco! 🛒🍦

August Garden Happenings 🌱
It’s the Year of the Cucumber & Zucchini & No tomatoes 🥒✨ The garden is thriving & transforming. Can’t wait to see what September brings!

Corn was doing so well in the back corner 🌽… until raccoons devoured it 😞😂
I tried planting more corn & the raccoons dug up the seeds 🤦‍♀️ trying broccoli now 🤷‍♀️

You might not know you need an international taco spot in your life… but you do. 🌮✨
Taco 105 is a total gem! I’ve been twice and already counting down to my next visit.
💚 Tons of vegan options (yes, please!)
🔥 Faves so far:
🥥 Coconut Curry Cauliflower Taco is unique & delicious!
🌱 Plant-Vegan Taco is a close second, and just as amazing
Everything’s fresh, the vibe is clean & welcoming, and the flavors are incredible 😋
Do yourself a favor and go try it!
