Ok my ladies!! Schools back in full swing, gyms up and running and im in it most mornings at 8:30!! Come love on each other, fill others cups or get yours filled, and lets work it out!!
Ive been doing 50 crunches a day for at-risk doggos!! September will be 50 kettlebell swings a day for Wounded Warrior Project. You dont have to join in, or you can be at my side doing it without the public posts, but i urge you to find your why and start pushing!!
