As a student of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I aim to look at an individual's health as an entire entity rather than a series of symptoms. We each know what is best for us but can often use some assistance with accountability as well as clearing some of the confusion surrounding diets, nutrition, and fitness. Working with me typically consists of biweekly sessions to talk about goals, set up a system of achieving them, and addressing the areas of life that impact these goals. I have always been an athlete within various sports and interested in diet and nutrition, as well as overall healthful lifestyles.
