HI! I’m steph 💜 I’ve been MIA on this page for quite a bit and have been trying to find the right words to come back with, procrastinating this first post and dragging my feet. BUT today’s the day that all ends. Today’s the day I take step forward and todays the day I start to manifest a new version of WIP. WIPFIT was the result of years on the fitness journey, but as an entrepreneur I always felt pulled to something other than fitness. I wanted to create a@community. I wanted to create opportunities. I wanted to create awareness. I wanted to EmpowHER women in some many more ways than just physically.
YES, there will still be a bit of the fit…but this is different. This is more. 🖤 I still have a lot to learn and discover, but expect this page to be poppin again, expect some new workshops coming up, and expect a whole new level of support. From me, from others and from yourself…WIPBIZ is coming 🖤

I’ve been quiet on here these past few days, I had a little breakdown. But then again looking back on it now, maybe it WAS a breakthrough. Breakdowns happen when we suddenly create awareness or finally admit that life has got out of hand, that we’re not on the right path anymore or any of the hundreds of other things that weigh on us are bigger than we can continue to handle. Once we have this realization we CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. If you don’t, the breakdown will keep happening. The breakdown is your cue to reflect and to make changes. So next time you breakdown ask yourself where it’s coming from? What need to change? What do you need to do? Use the breakdown as a launching point of this new change or direction. Let the breakdown be productive. Learn from your breakdown, the get to the BREAK THROUGH 😈

-use your arms to build momentum
-land with your heels down

This is a 2 min squat round starting with 1 pulse and climbing by 1 pulse every rep.
See how high you can get your pulses up too in 2 min. *pro tip: use your core to help keep your form strait and take some of the lid out of the legs 🔥
