Check out these tips from PRSNL on the Abdominal machine! ๐Ÿ’ช

The Precor abdominal machine is one of the best core tools in the gym and most people walk right past it!

Unlike crunches on the form, this machine keeps the work exactly where it should be โžก๏ธ your abs! No neck strain. No hip flexors taking over. Just clean, controlled core work. ๐Ÿ’ช

A few tips before you jump on:

๐Ÿ”ง Adjust the seat so your belly button lines up with the side pivot point on the machine

๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ Exhale as you crunch forward

โธ๏ธ Hold for a second at the bottom

๐Ÿ”„ Slowly return to start and do not let the weight drop

That last part is where most people lose half the benefit. Control it on the way back up every single time.
