I started a 30 day challenge on Friday for myself to get back on track, no cheats. This is what I ate Saturday ( Day 2).

Trying to get back on track, AGAIN! I’ve had 2 good days so far. Today ( day 3) I made an iced coffee w/ protein powder & my skinny syrup for my breakfast.

What I ate Monday
Breakfast: coffee & chaffle, egg, sausage w/ cheese sandwich
Lunch/ Dinner: grilled chicken salad w/ blue cheese dressing & a White Claw
Didn’t follow through with tracking on W, T or F but stayed on my plan. Here are a few of the things I remembered to take a picture of. The bunless burger from Five Guys was my favorite & I made garlic parmesan chicken w/ broccoli.
