Anxiety isn’t always panic attacks…
Sometimes it feels like:
• Overthinking every little thing 🧠
• Replaying conversations at 2am 🌙
• Feeling something is “off” but not knowing why
• Getting overwhelmed by simple tasks
• Smiling… but feeling uneasy inside
And most people won’t even notice.
That’s the hardest part…
Looking “fine” while your mind feels loud.
