✨Scary Intrusive Thoughts/Images can make you feel so alone, terrified, confused, ashamed & like a bad mom. They can be disturbing too which is actually a good sign.

✨I wish I saw this when I was suffering with what I had NOT known at the time was intrusive thoughts. It would have prevented so much suffering in silence.
