you could ask yourself "what's the best that could happen?" ⁣

took time to connect more deeply with the people we love and Facetime the people we miss? ⁣

you found your happy place & took the time to look within to connect with our souls, listen to our hearts and get grounded to our grace? ⁣

If you train with me, you know how important your mental strength is when getting healthy and fit. ⁣
Yet, it's often so overlooked because the results are not as physically visible as larger, more lean muscles. ⁣⁣

The second that you compare what you have or who you are to someone else you lose joy. Comparison is the thief of joy. You cannot be grateful for what you have if you are comparing to others. Your competition is who you were yesterday.⁣⁣

🖤 Thinking the world owes you something (if I work hard I deserve to be successful)⁣⁣
The universe doesn't owe you anything. Not everything is fair and that's okay! WE have to learn from our past mistakes and work smarter to learn and grow.⁣⁣

Remember, being strong isn't just something you are or aren't. It's a mindset and something we must continually practice. And, most importantly, it must be practiced every single day by women who share your vision & lift you up 👊⁣

Drinking water is a great way to not only curb your appetite but also to keep your body functioning properly. ⁣

𝘋𝘪𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝟼𝟶% 𝘰𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺 𝘪𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘸𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳? Water has so many benefits for our bodies. It lubricates our joints, boosts skin health, cushions the brain & spinal cord, regulates body temperature and even maintains your blood pressure. ⁣

✔️𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐬⁣
They are healthier, more filling, and much less likely to cause overeating than processed foods. ⁣

Aim to eat the number of grams of protein as your ideal body weight. You can get this through the whole foods you eat like lean meat,eggs, fish, plant based proteins or even a protein powder to help fill in the gaps. ⁣

While you don't necessarily have to exercise to lose weight (although it will help!) I highly recommend adding resistance training (weights) to your routine 2-3 times a week.⁣
