They learned about what Reiki is, how it was discovered, principles to help stay in higher-vibe emotions, and Japanese energy techniques.

They experienced their own personal energy and how to perform Reiki for themselves and others.

And, they learned the importance of staying grounded and protecting their energy.

We bathed in the energy of the sacred mantras and symbols, and discovered two new symbols to empower and ground.

We learned to attune others, to call in Angels and guides, release energy cords and command outside energies.

Still feeling the impact of your Reiki experiences, life transformations and healing power.

There were so many moments where I wanted to quit. Thank goodness I kept connecting back to why I wanted to do this in the first place - to show others that true yoga is meant to meet you where you are in life. And that yoga is undoing, not doing.

Today I’m celebrating my Dad and his Declaration of Independence from his life here on Earth. He passed on July 4th, 2004 after a long journey of ailments due to a debilitating stroke 🇺🇸

Missing him today, but I continue to connect with him in other ways. I know he’s playing cards and fishing on the Pacific as he watches over all of “his girls” 🙌💖🎆

Happy Summer Solstice and welcome Summer! It officially made its debut at 2:14am PST when the Earth was at its furthest "leaning point" towards the sun, meaning it’s the longest day of the year for us who live north of the equator ☀️

This day is believed to hold the greatest energy, prosperity, vitality, and strength. Throughout history, rituals have been conducted to honour the Sun gods, the Divine Light, and the element of fire 🔥

Vibrationally, the Summer Solstice is a time when Yang energy (taking action) is high as well as the Root, Sacral and Solar Plexus Chakra 💪

Here’s my favorite summer solstice ritual using my favorite energy amplifiers CRYSTALS 💎

1️⃣ Choose a crystal that represents strength, fire, or passion. It’s usually one that is yellow, orange or red. But, use what calls to you

2️⃣ Place your crystals over your root (perineum), sacral (belly), and solar plexus (stomach) and set your intention: what energy do you want to bring in for the rest of the year?

3️⃣ Because you’re connecting with the energy of the Sun, try to set an intention that is based on taking action. And say it out loud

4️⃣ Place your crystals in your scared space, preferably in a spot where they can soak up the energy of the sun
