What do we do when the world is on fire?
We get bigger than the flames.

I just signed a five-year lease—not just on a stunning new space in SE Portland (walls and windows that feel like a temple for the feminine soul), but on a dream that was planted in my heart eighteen years ago.

I committed to myself.
To my knowing.
To bringing my gifts into this world unapologetically—and as loud as I can.
To building what I know we need now, more than ever.

We need sacred community.
A place to land.
A place for the feminine to rise.
To rest, to cry, to remember, to get strong again.
To be inspired, infused with courage, and reminded that we never have to do this alone.

I sat with it for months.
Should I close the doors and walk away?
Play it safe?
Get a “real” job?
Shrink back, stay small, wait for the world to calm down?

But the voice of truth grew louder than the fear.
She said: Go. Go now.
You’ve been training for this for eighteen years.

So I signed a lease to life.

And now, I’m all in.

Big things are coming in the next couple of months.
I can’t share it all just yet—but I’ll be posting here, telling more of the story.
Of fear and devotion.
Of vision and becoming.

Please stay close.
I cannot wait to tell you everything.

And now I ask you gently—
What lease can you sign right now?
What would it look like to choose your truth, even here, even now?

I’m right by your side.

With love,
Michelle

P.S. If you’re local to Portland, Oregon, this magical new space is in SE—
and it’s truly something special. 🌿✨

Last Sunday, I closed the door for the final time to our sweet sanctuary space in West Linn — the space that held so many of us through seasons of change, healing, and remembering.

It was where we returned to circle after isolation. Where women said yes, even when they were afraid. Where we cried, danced, exhaled, trusted, and softened. Where something sacred came alive.

For me, it was personal — this space held me through one of the hardest seasons of my life. And I know it held many of you, too.

As I sat alone in the empty room, I found myself whispering, “Only good things happened here.”
And how rare… how beautiful… to say that about a place.

The very next day, a new door opened.

I signed the lease on a new space — an expanded vision of sanctuary, ceremony, and sisterhood. Over the next few months, I’ll be sharing that journey with you — one rooted in devotion, community, and feminine leadership.

Coming soon to SE Portland.

✨ In the meantime, join me on July 27th for a special Sanctuary Sunday Day Retreat on a farm by the Tualatin River. We’ll gather in ceremony, eat under the wildflowers, and remember what it means to come home to ourselves — and each other. Link in profile.

More soon.
With love,
Michelle

Announcing…

Local women… On Sunday, July 27th, we’ll be gathering for Summer Sanctuary: A Ceremonial Day Retreat, in West Linn.

This is for the woman who wants space for her deepest self, who desires more connection, something deeper, something moving, something real.
It’s for the woman who longs for sacred community, divine feminine ceremony, and an experience that helps her remember who she truly is.

Join us on a Summer Sunday at West Wing Farms on the Tualatin River—a stunning sanctuary of green grass, wildflowers, and flowing water. It’s the kind of place that invites you to immediately drop in and let go.

We’ll share circle, ceremony, connection, ritual, meditation, nature, and a nourishing picnic.

You’ll finally have the space to exhale. To let go. To hear your own voice.

This is not a typical women’s circle, it’s a ceremony. An experience that will hold you and guide you on a journey back to yourself.

This is an intimate experience, created for women who are ready to connect deeply—with each other, and with themselves.

Summer Sanctuary
Sunday, July 27th
10am - 2pm

Today, a final Sanctuary Sunday in our beautiful West Linn space.

Life is a rhythm of endings and beginnings.
Over and over again.

What I’ve learned through every ending is this:
Let go with love.
Let go with reverence.
Let go with ritual.
Let go with care.

Close the door slowly—with gratitude. Speak your thanks. Lay flowers at the threshold. Leave offerings in the corners. Whisper memories to the wind. Let the love be louder than the loss.

Because when we release with presence and devotion, we open the portal to rebirth. To who we are becoming next.

Something big is coming next. A bigger vision. An even more beautiful container. Sanctuary, community, ceremony…

Stay tuned as the vision unfolds.

Wow—what a journey it’s been.

Sunday, June 1, will be our final Sanctuary Sunday in our West Linn space. Every ending is a new beginning.

Three years ago, I stumbled upon our sweet sanctuary space in West Linn. Since then, I’ve followed a deep and undeniable call—to lead women, to deepen in ceremony and sisterhood, and to build a local, living community rooted in the sacred.

This space has gifted me so much. I’ve met the most extraordinary women here. We’ve planted powerful seeds together. And personally, this sanctuary has held me through seasons of heartbreak, healing, and letting go. I am forever grateful for the medicine we’ve created within these walls.

And now, a new chapter is calling.

I’ve found a new space—and with it, we are stepping into a powerful upgrade. A rebirth. A glow-up. A rebrand. A deepening into the soul of what this sisterhood truly is and wants to be. I can’t wait to share more with you in the coming weeks—big things are unfolding.

But first, we gather.

Next Sunday, June 1, is our final Sanctuary Sunday in our West Linn space. We’ll honor the sacred cycle of death and rebirth, the ever-changing woman, and the beauty of letting go with love and reverence—to make space for what’s next.

Come sit in ceremony with me.
Let’s say goodbye to this beloved space, and to whatever you’re ready to release.

If this space has meant something to you over the years, or if you just want a taste of the magic we have been creating, please come.

Let’s let go to become who we truly are.

We gather Sunday, June 1 at 10 AM. Link in profile.

It would be my deepest honor to hold this moment with you.

What we do in our sanctuary is not for the faint of heart, but for the fierce hearted. We are the women who risk saying yes to truth, and who trust wisdom more than doubt. We are the women who let tears cleanse us of fear and who trust that even in the uncertainty, we are being led. We are the women who put our devotion in front of performance, who slow down to feel, and who create from intuition.

What we do in our sanctuary is let go of everything getting in the way of remembering who we really are. We cry, we release, we speak our voice, we move, we dare, we dance, we surrender, we trust, we offer, we slow down, we connect.

What we do in our sanctuary is remember who we really are.

Two years ago, my body was in deep, intimate pain.

The kind of pain many of us women carry silently.

What I didn’t realize then was that my body was holding unspoken truths, buried deep, asking to be heard.

Since then, everything has changed.

🌿 I left a marriage that no longer reflected who I was becoming.
🌿 I released the white picket fence dream that wasn’t mine.
🌿 I bought my own home. I rooted into myself.
🌿 I welcomed new joy, laughter, and a love that meets me where I am.
🌿 I stepped away from the noise, took a sabbatical, and found clarity in the stillness.

This season reminds me just how far I’ve come. How much we can grow when we choose truth over perfection.

Spring is a portal. It's a reminder that growth takes time. That healing comes in layers. That we can bloom again, and again.

And with this new season, The Practice is shifting too.

We’re planting seeds for something new. More offerings, more depth, more ways to walk this path, together.

✨ If you feel something stirring inside you -- trust it.
✨ If you’re ready to reconnect to your body, your truth, your power == I’m here.

Every time I dive underneath the chaos and noise lately, I hear a clear message. The message I receive is twofold. Here is what I get…

Women need each other now more than ever. We need local, sacred, safe community where we can gather, not only to support each other through tough times, but to support each other in our own empowerment.

Our empowerment as women is everything right now. We need the courage, strength, and support to be who we truly are. We need practices that keep us connected to ourselves and our inner knowing. We cannot hide our truth. We cannot hide our gifts. We cannot get smaller in fear or to make other people more comfortable.

WE ARE NEEDED RIGHT NOW.

I am here to gather and build a local, sacred, community of women who know we are needed right now. Women who want to connect on a deeper level, have real conversations, and do the deep work to heal ourselves, so we can help heal this aching world.

I am here to gather women in ceremony and sisterhood. I am here to provide the space we need to be empowered. I am here to open the circle and the conversation in a safe way so that we may find the courage to not shrink back.

I am here to help us women remember who we truly are.

Join me for one of our final Sanctuary Sundays in West Linn, and stay tuned for what's next.

It feels like the ground is shifting beneath us.

As women, we’re holding so much—uncertainty, overwhelm, grief, hope.
The world is heavy, and that weight shows up in our bodies, our relationships, our nervous systems.

I’ve been sitting with the word trust again.
How do we trust in the dark—when things feel shaky, when the answers aren’t clear?
How do we trust ourselves to hold it all?

Sanctuary Sunday is where I go to remember.
To return to my body. To my truth.
To sit in ceremony with women who are also walking through the unknown.
To ground myself in something deeper than fear.

If your heart is craving that, come join us.

Sanctuary Sunday is not your typical women’s circle.

It’s a portal.

A place where you come home—to your body, your truth, and the Earth.

On this Earth Day, we remember: healing ourselves is inseparable from healing the world.

When we ground into our bodies, when we slow down, when we honor the feminine—we’re also honoring the rhythms of nature.

This is what Sanctuary Sunday is about.
A sacred space to reconnect with what is real.

We move. We breathe. We listen.
We speak—not from the mind, but from the belly.
We share—not to fix, but to witness.
We remember that we belong—to each other, and to the Earth.

If you feel the stir—that subtle ache, that quiet pull—trust it.

The final Sanctuary Sundays at our West Linn space are approaching:
→ April 27
→ May 18
→ June 1

These will be our final gatherings in this beloved space before we expand into a new vision this Summer and Fall.

I’m going to be honest… I don’t say yes to many summits.

But this one with my dear sister felt different.

I’m speaking inside the Modern Sovereignty Summit, and it’s not just another free online event full of expert tips or “how-to” advice.

It’s a curated, sacred experience designed to support women in creating lives that feel as good as they look.

The conversations I’ve had (and the ones I’ve listened to behind the scenes)?
They’re honest. Unfiltered. Deeply embodied.

We’re exploring questions like:

– What does it mean to live as a sovereign woman in today’s world?
– How do we lead, love, mother, and create from a place of deep inner truth?
– What are the rhythms, rituals, and stories that connect us to our real power?

If this speaks to you, come join us! Listen in on powerful women sharing stories of vulnerability and raw truth.

It’s free. It’s online. It starts April 21.
Grab your spot now. http://elizabethbrett.com/summit-michelle

It’s time to find your people.

I’ve had the sacred privilege of hearing, seeing, and truly witnessing what so many of us are carrying right now.⁣

Here’s what I’m seeing…⁣

We’re feeling uncertain -- about the world, our kids, our futures.⁣
We’re tired of showing up in ways that aren’t true to who we really are.⁣
We’re craving depth. Intimacy. Community that feels REAL.
We’re done with perfection. ⁣
We’re ready to show up as our wild, mystical, powerful, embodied selves.⁣

We want spaces where we can remove the mask and simply be. ⁣
We want connection that nourishes. Ceremony that roots us. ⁣
We want to be surrounded by self-responsible, open-hearted women who can go deep.⁣

If you’re nodding your head… you’re not alone.⁣

Because this is the medicine we need in these uncertain times.⁣

If you feel the call, join us for Sanctuary Sundays: April 27, May 18, June 1⁣

You belong here.⁣ Let’s gather. Let’s rise. Together.⁣

Sacred Movement. Self Love. Sisterhood.

THE PRACTICE® IS

To show up just as you are, imperfect, messy, raw and beautiful. To find stillness, even in the storms. To be open and vulnerable, because there you will find you are not alone. To say No. To commit to yourself over and over again. To ask for what you need. To remember to breathe, even in the challenge. To connect deeply with other women. To give yourself permission to dream. To say Yes to your desires and believe that you are worth it. To fiercely follow your passions and let out your roar. To love yourself. To fall in love with your body just as it is. To lift the veil of perfection and remember who you truly are.
