🏹Do You Have a Sense of Purpose?✨
Purpose is what gives our lives meaning. It also enables us to be healthier, live longer, and recover more quickly from stress and trauma.
I consider myself fortunate in that I have a strong sense of purpose.
But this wasn’t always the case.
When I was younger, I struggled with health issues from what I eventually discovered was an intestinal parasite.
It seems to me now that those early health challenges were important developmental experiences.
They also motivated me to go into medicine so that I could help others who suffered from the same issues.
Now, as a functional medicine practitioner, I’m living my goals and dreams by giving people tools to heal from chronic illness, and in so doing enable them to live out their own dreams.
