'Reiki' is not a specific current of energy. It is a traditional context by which we can better open to, and direct, a very *non-specific* current of energy: universal life-force. You will often hear people --myself included-- say things like, "I will send you Reiki". Know that this is short-hand; I am not "sending" Reiki.. I am performing Reiki to send you healing life-force.

The importance of the 2nd Reiki Principle: "Just for today, worry not."

Chronic worriers have constant chatter in their minds, often based on “what ifs.” What if I don’t do well? What if somebody finds out my secret? What if I don’t have enough money? What if my spouse leaves me? You get the picture. Enjoy Hakuna Matata, turn off the chatter about future events that might not even happen.

The BlueLotus Reiki Share is happening again this Saturday (June 26) from 5-7pm at The Mystic Dream. Join us, or "tune in" to benefit from this spiritual healing.

The Mystic Dream: BlueLotus Reiki Share The BlueLotus Reiki Share is a once monthly event that hosts Reiki practitioners of all levels and those who wish to experience this spiritual healing modality.

Reiki I class this Sunday (June 27, 11am-3pm) at The Mystic Dream in Walnut Creek, CA. $75 this month only (normally $100). Class culminates in a Reiki I attunement complete with certification.
