There was probably a solid 5 year stretch where my cortisol was completely out of control. I was doing all the “right” things…workouts, eating what used to work but my body wasn’t responding the same. The weight wouldn’t budge, my hormones felt off, and honestly, I felt frustrated and confused in the middle of a never ending divorce….but I can offically say I’m baacck!!!!
It wasn’t that I quit trying, my weight just wasn’t coming off as easily as it had in the past.
What I didn’t understand back then is how much cortisol impacts your hormones, metabolism, and weight. Once I started paying attention to that, everything changed.
I had to stop guessing and start being intentional —
✔️ Learning my body
✔️ Dialing in macronutrients
✔️ Using targeted supplementation
✔️ Supporting my hormones instead of fighting them
