It’s been 13 years since we had a family visit to the pumpkin patch! Per usual, we had lots of Fossberg shenanigans and laughs. Happy 23rd Birthday !!! 🍎🍁🎃

I’ve been reflecting the past couple of days, and trying to process all that’s occurred. You may have heard some talk regarding BODi, so I just want to clear things up the best that I can at this time.

Basically, the business MLM model will no longer be a thing. The company that I’ve been a part of for the past 7.5 years will no longer focus on a team model, but will be shifting to an individualized affiliate model. I’m still processing this news, and how it will affect me, but also you, and my fellow coaches who have helped fill a personal void that I didn’t even realize existed. Truly…I’ve met the most genuine and selfless women, who have nothing but pure intentions to simply serve and make a difference in the world!

As I feel a sense of loss for what was, I can’t help but also feel gratitude as well. I’ve had the honor to serve hundreds of beautiful people! I’ve been blessed with new friendships, and witnessed first hand what women ACTUALLY supporting women can look like. I’ve personally experienced, and also played a part in; renewed physical health, positive shifts in mindset, restored confidence and empowerment, community, and basically…just being the best damn version of yourself!

Rest assured, I’m not going anywhere, and the products that I believe so whole heartedly in, aren’t going anywhere either. I absolutely still have a desire to serve, and will continue to keep my focus on where I believe God wants to use me. For those of you who’ve been on this journey with me in the past and the present, THANK YOU!!! Change is never easy, but our story isn’t over yet.💙🫶🏻💙💪🏼💙

…and then suddenly, it was just the two of us. Yesterday, we became empty nesters! Such a weird, exciting, and unknown stage that we are entering. Anyone else who’s began this time of life with advice that they are willing to share? It feels appropriate to ask, when there’s not really a lot of difference between the more known stages of life…marriage, new parents, new empty nesters…it’s all new! Whatchu got for us???

A little tough love…

I’ve had people tell me before that the best way I can help them is by following them around 24/7 and then smacking the food right out of their hands. Weeeeeell, here’s what I have to say to that…We’re all adults here, and we do things every single day that we don’t always want to do. We clean up after our kid’s and pets, we put on a bra, we go to work, ᗩᒪᒪ of the adulting things, even when it’s not what we 𝒇𝒆𝒆𝒍 like doing.

But here’s the real hard truth. YOU, and only you, are able to hold yourself accountable for your actions. ‘Cause let’s face it, I’m not always gonna be there, (and I’m pretty sure that neither of us would actually enjoy that much anyway). So as we head into the holidays, and are faced with countless decisions, ask yourself this question…

How will I feel if I do/eat/drink _____ , and how will I feel if I don’t do/eat/drink _____? Then, when you hold YOURSELF accountable, please…let me be the first to know! I can’t do it for you, but I want to celebrate every single action that results in you feeling like your happy, confident, and healthy self.
