The R & L Contracting crew earned earned a much-needed break at Capt. Larry's Lake Erie Fishing Adventures.

Ryan treated the team to a fishing trip in Lorain, and it was a huge success. A few of the guys were on chum duty, but everyone got installed on the action and we hit our limit. Nothing beats a little rest and relaxation with a fantastic group of hard workers.

This weekend wasn't all rest and relaxation for our guys. Some of them volunteered to work on a Saturday to come together and ensure this custom-built sign got installed.

That's the kind of dedication and teamwork you get when you work with R & L Contracting. Seeing the final result after a team effort like this is what it's all about.
