Super Food Drink for most common diseases Ingredients:

1 cup dried hibiscus petals (or 2 hibiscus tea bags)
1 teaspoon ground turmeric (or 1-inch piece of fresh turmeric, grated)
1 cup soursop pulp (fresh or frozen, available at Latin markets or online)
4 cups water
1 tablespoon honey or agave (optional, for sweetness)
Pinch of black pepper (to enhance turmeric absorption)
Juice of half a lemon (for a zesty kick)
Steps:

Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
Add hibiscus petals or tea bags and simmer for 5 minutes. Strain, reserving the vibrant red liquid.
In a blender, combine soursop pulp, turmeric, black pepper, and lemon juice.
Blend until silky smooth.
Mix the soursop blend with the hibiscus tea, stirring well. Add honey or agave if you prefer a touch of sweetness.
