We're reaching out to ask for your support for one of our own. Ashley, a paramedic at JCAD, is currently undergoing treatment for Hodgkin's Lymphoma.

To help her during this time, shirts are being sold with all proceeds going directly to Ashley. The link to purchase shirts will expire on October 23rd.

The weather was hot and we were busy! Here’s a recap of some of the activities we have been up to in July!

* We participated high and low angle rescue training with Warrensburg Fire Department πŸš’

* An accelerated EMT class was completed, with students attending class and clinicals Monday-Friday for a month!πŸš‘

* A mock extrication exercise was held in collaboration with the Johnson County Fire Protection District, Life Flight, and Western Missouri Medical Center 🚁

* We held Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Tactical Emergency Casualty Care, and Basic Life Support classes πŸ“š

* B Shift did a trauma skills training refreshing on bleeding control and splinting! 🩸

The temperatures did not hold us back on preparing to care for the community! β˜€οΈ
