This week is bittersweet. This week is my last week instructing trapeze yoga.

Life has gotten far too busy for me to dedicate the time you all deserve for practice.

There's a few open rigs for Tuesday at 6pm and Wednesday at 5:30am.

Looking forward to spending this time with you. 🩵🩵🩵
