Happy Saturday! Whatās on your weekend breakfast menu? When Iām not on prep I love to create different healthy recipes on weekends (or any day I manage to have off haha) and experiment in the kitchen.
I always get questions about my health and fitness transformation that include āI donāt know what to eatā so Iām going to be sharing more of my healthy twists on recipes.
Itās a shame when I look up oatmeal recipes that everything is loaded with sugar because people wonāt eat anything that isnāt, so try this instead!

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Start by cooking the cream of wheat, I just microwave it for a minute at a time then stir, usually about three times.
Next add in the egg whites, I use 125 grams right now, then microwave it for a minute at a time stirring in between. It should be nice and fluffy now!
Finally, mix in cinnamon, Truvia, and salt.
Top with PB, berries and jam!
I like to let it cool for a bit so the peanut butter melts and the fruit gets juicy.
Enjoy!
