Join Kim + Amanda for a gently guided journey into the heart chakra — where breath slows, the nervous system unwinds, and the body remembers it is safe to receive.
We’ll begin with spacious breath and gentle shoulder decompression, opening the chest and upper body to invite circulation, release, and ease.
Through nurturing, intuitive touch, each participant is supported with care — helping the body soften into trust and grounding.
From there, you’ll be guided into a heart-centered Yoga Nidra — a liminal space between waking and dreaming — where subtle layers of the heart can open without effort.
During savasana, soothing scalp and forehead massage and the resonance of tuning forks support deep rest and integration.
Sound, breath, and intuitive guidance are woven together to create a felt sense of safety, spaciousness, and connection to the center of your being.
