You are invited to practice yoga in a nurturing and soulful environment at the MoonStone Art Studio. Each class is designed to help you stretch, strengthen, and tone your body, restore your energy, and calm your mind.

Chair Yoga makes the benefits of yoga accessible to everyone. Many assume it’s not physically engaging, but as my fellow teacher Cassandra says, “Don’t sleep on Chair Yoga!” — it’s a powerful and effective practice.

Fusion Yoga is a practice designed for those interested in combining mat yoga with chair yoga. This class offers the flexibility to practice postures using a blend of both approaches. Students often appreciate how Fusion Yoga supports relaxation and encourages a deeper connection with oneself.

Good news! The Yoga Retreat for Women of Color will return to the Art of Living Retreat Center on May 15-17, 2026!

Here's what some of our past retreat participants had to share about their experience:

“The Talking Stick circle at the end. It really touched me—it really is a HEALING CIRCLE. It’s healing in this place, “the women of color yoga retreat closing circle.” It automatically brought the song “In this Place” to my spirit & just filled me up 🙌🏾 I KNOW healing took place. I am pleased to announce that I will offer an online, 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course, through the Santosha School of Yoga*. Registered with Yoga Alliance*. This course will include yoga history, philosophy, asana, and teaching methodology. The weekly YTT course will meet on Tuesdays, from 6:30 - 9:00 pm (EST). The cost for the course is $2,500, and payment plans are available.
