The Wrestle Lean and Mean Optimal Health Program will help the athlete get a firm grip on proper nutrition and make weight management "goof-proof". This Optimal Health program allows for an approximate. 1000-1200 calorie per day intake, with the nourishment of a 2000-2500 calorie diet. . The meal replacements we use are nutritionally sound; having the appropriate balance of Protein to Carbohydrate ratio The PCMR's are fortified with 24 Vitamins & Minerals; allowing for proper nutrition while losing weight. When adhered to this program puts your body into the fat burning state from approximately the 3rd day; forcing your body to use "fat stores" as daily energy thereby sparing the muscle tissue. Just a little info about who and why we are-- I was a wrestler at both the HS and College levels who had grown to be morbidly obese as my weight rose to over 300 pounds. Not only was my weight becoming an issue, my need for medications increased each time I visited my doctor. After starting on this program I was able to shed over 130 pounds and come off all my medications. The Program follows the same protocols as used at Johns Hopkins University Medical Center. I am Certified by the University of Villanova, MacDonald Center for Obesity Prevention & Education before starting this business.
