๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ ๐ช๐๐ฒ ๐ก๐๐ฌ ๐๐๐๐ง ๐ข๐ง๐๐ซ๐๐๐ข๐๐ฅ๐. When I started, I was 7 months postpartum. I am exclusively breastfeeding, working full-time, and up multiple times a night nursing my baby. I was feeling ravenous all of the time, lacking energy, craving junk, and not fitting into any of my clothes. โฃ

Nicole taught me how to plan meals and snacks that were not only balanced and nutritious, but that helped satiate me. The meal plans were incredibly helpful as they are easy to make and helped meal planning one less thing to worry about. ๐๐ฉ๐ฐ๐ณ๐ต๐ญ๐บ ๐ข๐ง๐ต๐ฆ๐ณ ๐ง๐ฐ๐ญ๐ญ๐ฐ๐ธ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ณ ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ค๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ฅ๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ด, ๐ฎ๐บ ๐ค๐ณ๐ข๐ท๐ช๐ฏ๐จ๐ด ๐ค๐ฆ๐ข๐ด๐ฆ๐ฅ ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐ ๐ด๐ต๐ข๐ณ๐ต๐ฆ๐ฅ ๐ด๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ด๐ถ๐ญ๐ต๐ด. I was eating more thoughtfully and feeling in control again which is something I hadnโt felt in months. I added the workouts in and slowly began to get my strength back. When I experienced a slight dip in my milk supply, Nicole was responsive and instantly tweaked my plan to get my supply back, without sacrificing my results. โฃ

I am back into my postpartum clothes, feeling energized, and making gains in my strength workouts. I no longer have cravings and feel so much better overall. I am so grateful to Nicole and her guidance!โฃ
