As we amplify , take a moment to consider those around you that suffer from IBS. What does their day look like in comparison to yours? Are you considering the restaurants you dine at? Are you going into spaces with accessible restrooms? Are you encouraging exercise options as simple as walking or routines in the home?

These considerations make a world of difference for them and the connection in your relationship.
