Doing Yoga will help you to prepare for childbirth by relaxing the body, strengthening it, and focusing on safe techniques and poses in all stages of pregnancy. It also will improve your psychological health-and not just for duration of your pregnancy!

My birth didn't go according to the plan...but I don't know even one that did 🙃 It took me 50 hours approximately to deliver Mila because I had to get stimulated. I was exhausted!!!! But thanks to doing Prenatal Yoga 4 -5 times a week, I was able to push her out myself! It was a beautiful natural birth 😍 ✨️ 💕

My practices taught me to be open to whatever the Universe brings us, trusting the body and instincts🙏🤗

If you are pregnant 🤰 or planning to, if you want to learn more about exercising during these important 9 months of your life, I can help you!

Please share your story with us if you have one🤗🤗

Does the Minute of doing Breathing Techniques feel long or short❓️

Sure, it flies quick and feels short.

Does the minute of contractions (regular contraction of the 3rd stage can be up to a minute) feel long or short?

Well...all bodies and labors are different, yet to me it felt like ETERNITY 🙊

I remember mine as if it was yesterday and those contractions were so hard that I was barely standing, hanging on my husband's shoulders, begging the Universe for mercy. lol

What helped me to go through my 53 hour labor without being traumatized and giving up the idea to give birth to more kids forever? 😆

All the Breathing Techniques, affirmations, Asanas, and all that work that I was doing almost EVERY SINGLE DAY when I was pregnant 🤰

And one more important thing:
Whether you take prenatal classes or not, you gonna have tge healthiest and the cutest baby in the world🤗❤❤❤ I am certain! 🥰🙌 But doing Prenatal Yoga will help you to get tuned with your body and baby and to listen to your intuitive impulses if some unexpected situations happen during your labor.

It will also prepare body for 🌿Natural Labor🌿 and upcoming motherhood without being overwhelmed or traumatized!

My dear friends!
Unfortunately, I do not have a chance to see many of you in person! That's why I'd love to introduce myself and get to know YOU better.

My name is Anastasiia. I am a professional educator (currently PhD student in Adult Education) and a new Mom. I am certified Group Fitness Instructor (ACE), Yoga Instructor (RYT 200), Prenatal Yoga Instructor and Birth Doula!

This fascination with Yoga brought me once to India as a backpacker and ...that is how my true love towards Yoga (Ashtanga has always been my ❤) and desire to become a good instructor was born!

There in Goa I got certified as a Yoga instructor, started teaching classes when I was back home but kept coming back every year to the same place, hungry for more knowledge together with Emotional and Physical relief.

There I had a chance to train with amazing Yogis from all over the world!!! Each of them brought so much to my perspective, making it so so much broader! I had a chance to teach some classes as well.

In 2018 I settled down in the US, in Virginia where I met my husband and gave birth to our little precious girl, Mila, and started dedicating myself to work with Pregnant population.
